Founded with a Vision
Bellew & Associates was founded by a single entrepreneur – Steve Bellew – with a lengthy background in construction management. Steve had ownership in a very successful general contracting firm in Las Vegas for 20 years. Steve moved back to his native Arizona in 2001 and established Bellew & Associates Construction Company to carry on the excellent work and reputation he established in Nevada.Continuing to Grow
Operating out of a modest office, Steve Bellew and his company started with just a handful of employees. The early focus was on residential and small-scale commercial projects, where the company’s founder built a reputation for reliability, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.Reputation for Reliability
Bellew & Associates has built a solid reputation. Steve Bellew has worked on and built larger commercial projects in multiple states, including California, Washington, and Nevada. Steve’s companies began to diversify their offerings, expanding into public sector and light industrial construction.
